Enniskillen 3-6 Kinawley 1-8

Goals from Darren Lavelle and Marty Markey left the half time score  2-5 to 0-3 in favour of the home side. Shortly after the restart, Nigel O'Connor was able to pounce on a rebound to finish to the net and the game looked over. However in the end it was a nervy finish as Kinawley took the game to the Gaels scoring 1-5 without reply to leave just a goal in it. It took a couple of steadying catches from Nigel O'Connor in the middle, one of which lead to the insurance score from a free and the introduction of Ollie McShea to steady the ship and run out the clock.

For Gaels Kieran Leonard pulled off a great save to keep Kinawley at bay near the end and Rico Ledwith and Eddie Roofe made some vital interceptions throughout. In the middle Mark O'Callagahan and Michael McConville were prevalent in the first half but tired in the second half as Kinawley got a grip in this sector. Up front Rory Rafferty was the hub of most scores with tireless running with assistance from Darren Lavelle and Marty Markey.
